This is the main web page for NJJBA "Clinics and Camps". When clinics or camps are scheduled, individual camp information can be accessed by selecting yellow "tabs" at the top of the page (no yellow tabs, no clinics scheduled).

Win The Battle! Throwing/Arm Strength Camp
Who:
- Baseball Players Ages 12-14 (based on Spring 2010 playing age)
What:
- This camp will focus on arm strength and accuracy
- Also, throwing and pitching mechanics of our young athletes to help them get ahead of their competition
Where:
- NJJBA Indoor Hitting Facility (IPF); 9374 W. 58th Ave. Arvada, CO. 80002 (Map)
When:
- Camp begins on December 6, 2009 and will run for 6 weeks through January 28, 2010
- Partial break during Christmas/New Year´s from December 21 through January 6
- 1 hour slots, 2x per week on Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings for a full 12 hours of instruction!
Cost:
- $75 per participant
- Includes a T-Shirt

- Hitting and Short-Game Fundamentals
- Weight-transfer, Swing-balance and Hip/Shoulder Rotation
- Correct Pitching mechanics and Proper throwing programs
- Developing pitch spin and movement
- Catching Fundamentals- blocking, framing, throw-downs, footwork, and bunt-coverage
