Early Season Requirements
All NJJBA coaches must satisfy the following requirements before a team roster is distributed. Forms drop off is scheduled for the following dates/times:
- Monday, March 22 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the IPF
- Tuesday, March 23 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the IPF
Forms Requirements:
- Birth Certificates — All players in NJJBA must have a copy of a State Certificate of Live Birth on file with NJJBA. Missing birth certificates must be submitted on these dates.
- Sportsmanship Agreements — as per JCJBL rules, a Player/Parent Agreement form will be required with signatures of all players, parents and coaches participating in JCJBL. The form is one per team and must be submitted on these dates. Access the form in the "Forms" section above.
- Medical Release Forms — Signed Medical Release forms must be verified on these dates. Coaches will keep Medical Releases forms in their possession for the entire season. However, NJJBA must verify the signed forms. Access the form in the "Forms" section above.
- Player Registration Payment — Coaches must validate full registration payment for all players.
- Please keep in mind, these requirements must be satisfied before a coach can receive a team roster. Prepare early; utilize the support of your Team Manager to collect these items.
